The instructors at the Cave are well rounded
mixed martial artists. There are vast number
of champions that both coach and train at
the dojo. Many of which have been
recognized locally, nationally, and world
level. Everyone who trains at the Cave is
exposed to fighting stand up, take downs,
submissions, punches, drilling, aerobics,
hands and feet work, wrestling and
grappling. One will find themselves trained,
knowledgeable and confident after
acquiring these skills from the Cave. There
are many opportunities if desired to
complete both at amateur and professional
levels of the martial arts and sports
mentioned.
